Safe Circles Program
Safe Circles creates a space for women to reclaim their power, to heal; to connect; to find their inner bravery; to learn to trust themselves and others again; and to find the courage to take the next steps in their lives.
Tammy accesses her own lived experience in connecting with the women she works with, providing them with authentic empathy and support whilst delivering a program developed to rebuild participants’ sense of self.
Safe Circles offers a safe space for women to share their stories and learn the skills of mindfulness and meditation, connect with others and develop a set of tools they can use every day to navigate relationships, work and the world.
Mindfulness & meditation begins with learning how to use the breath to regulate the nervous system (especially important after trauma) and then to increase feelings of emotional well-being.
